About the Cards

VPCOC and the American Academy of Pediatrics, California Chapter 4 collaborated to develop a group of pocket-sized resource cards. The cards provide information and local resources and referrals for useful to health and mental health care providers. Cards were updated in June 2004.

Reproducing the Cards

You can reproduce individual cards, or sets of cards, for distribution without charge. Here's how:

1. Download the .pdf file(s) using the hyperlink at each card prototype below. The .pdf file contains 2 pages, each with 4 copies of one side (front and back, respectively) of the card. 
2. Print the file directly onto heavy card stock. Print page 1 on the front, page 2 on the back of the sheet. Each sheet will then provide a total of 4 copies of the given resource card, which can be cut apart.

3. Alternatively, save or e-mail the .pdf's to a print or photocopy shop. The shop can produce the cards for you on cardstock. Or you can have paper printed front and back, then laminated and cut apart.
